CBD an appealing natural supplement option for those who are looking for relief from pain and other symptoms without the mind-altering effects of cannabis or other side effects related to some pharmaceutical drugs. CBD is not psychoactive.
I decided to run an experiment and see if it could help me reduce soreness and decrease inflammation after riding my bike. I also wanted to see how it would effect my sleep, one of the many benefits touted by CBD advocates. In this episode I present my results after taking CBD oil and balm for 90 days.
CBD continues to gain momentum in the health and wellness world, with some scientific studies finding that it may ease symptoms of conditions such as chronic pain and anxiety.
