Jacob played Division 1 tennis for Wright State University and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUe) and competed on ITF and UTR Pro Tennis circuit. He is an active member in the community and helps with Habitat for Humanity, Optimist Club, IUS tennis, 1SI, Y1SI, and Metro Manufacturing Alliance.
